The services listed below represent some of our most commonly requested offerings, but they are not a complete list of everything available through Rogers ‘ Spay, Neuter & Wellness Clinic.

Surgical Procedures | By Appointment Only

$65 non-refundable deposit is required for all surgery appointments. Deposit will be applied to appointment balance.

Spay (Female)

No dogs over 75 lbs
No pets under 3 months of age or under 3 lbs
Feral cats MUST be in a trap
Must be current on Rabies Vaccination or one will be given at owner’s expense

 

Dog $155 – Includes surgery, pain injection, post-op pain meds, & e-collar
Domestic Cat $100 – Includes surgery, pain injection, & e-collar
Feral Cat (must be in trap) $85 – Includes surgery, ear tip, & pain injection

Hernia Repair $75 – $150 (based on location & complexity)

Amputation $300 & Up (based on animal weight and/or complexity)
Cherry Eye Tuck $185 – $225 (based on single, double, and/or complexity)
Enucleation $275-$415 (based on single, double, and/or complexity

Vaccination Guidelines for Dogs & Puppies

DAPPv (Distemper, Adenovirus, Parainfluenza & Parvovirus)

Core vaccine recommended for all puppies

  • 1st vaccine: 6–9 weeks of age
  • 2nd vaccine: 3–4 weeks after the first vaccine
  • 3rd vaccine: 3–4 weeks after the second vaccine
  • 4th vaccine: 3–4 weeks after the third vaccine
  • Booster: 1 year after the fourth vaccine
  • Annual booster: Yearly thereafter

Lepto4 (Leptospirosis)

Recommended for dogs at risk of exposure to wildlife, standing water, or outdoor environments

  • 1st vaccine: 12–16 weeks of age (3–4 months)
  • 2nd vaccine: 3–4 weeks after the first vaccine
  • Booster: Annually thereafter

Rabies

Required by Texas law

  • 1st vaccine: 12–16 weeks of age (3–4 months)
  • 2nd vaccine: 1 year after the initial vaccination
  • Booster: Every 1–3 years thereafter, depending on the vaccine used and local city or county requirements

Note: Rabies vaccination is required by law for all dogs and cats in Texas. Please consult your local municipality for specific rabies ordinance requirements.

Vaccination Guidelines for Cats & Kittens

FVRCP (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus & Panleukopenia)

Core vaccine recommended for all kittens

  • 1st vaccine: Approximately 8 weeks of age
  • 2nd vaccine: 3 weeks after the first vaccine
  • 3rd vaccine: 3 weeks after the second vaccine
  • Booster: 1 year after the third vaccine
  • Annual booster: Yearly thereafter

Feline Leukemia (FeLV)

Recommended for kittens and cats that may have exposure to other cats

  • 1st vaccine: 12 weeks of age
  • 2nd vaccine: 3 weeks after the first vaccine
  • Booster: Annually thereafter

Rabies

  • 1st vaccine: 12–16 weeks of age (3–4 months)
